May bank holiday – everything you need to know

Our usual services will be limited from 5pm on Friday 23 May to 8am on Tuesday 27  May. We want to make sure that you have all the essential information you need over the May bank holiday weekend. There’s still plenty of ways you can reach out to us, and someone will be back in touch as soon as possible.

Emergency repairs or housing issues

If you need us during an emergency, please call us on 0330 333 8382 and a member of our out of hours team will be able to help you.

For Police emergencies call 999 or if you need to report a non-urgent matter to the local Police please call: 101.

If you can smell gas, or suspect a gas leak, always call National Grid on 0800 111 999 (anytime day or night).
