Closing dates and times
Our usual services will be closed from 3pm on Friday 22 December and will re-open at 8am on Tuesday 2 January.
We have lots of ways you can reach out to us from the comfort of your own home for anything that isn’t urgent and someone will be back in touch from Tuesday 2 January.
During this period, if you need urgent help or an emergency repair, please call us on 0330 333 83 82 and a member of our out of hours team will be able to help you.

Emergency repairs or housing issues
During this time, if you need us during an emergency, please call us on 0330 333 83 82 and a member of our out of hours team will be able to help you.
If you are experiencing a housing problem which could lead to you becoming immediately homeless, please contact your local council.
For Police emergencies call 999 or if you need to report a non-urgent matter to the local Police please call: 101
If you can smell gas, or suspect a gas leak, always call National Grid on 0800 111 999 (anytime day or night).
