The team have a dedicated fixed location in Central Manchester inside ForLivingās flagship private rent scheme at Dock 5. Given our presence locally we can be extremely competitive on price, whilst delivering a quality tenant experience.
Our management services are offered on three levels; Gold, Silver and Bronze. These levels are designed to fit the requirements of small and large property portfolios. However, weāre happy to create a bespoke package for all your individual property needs including.

Our properties and spaces are advertised here and through on-site marketing. They are available to everyone; we just need to ask you a few questions first.
At the start of your tenancy, we will provide you with copies of all the compliance and maintenance certificates for your peace of mind. Our āTenants Handbookā has lots of information to help you manage your business tenancy. We will provide you with lots of help and advice beforehand so you know what you are responsible for.
Our friendly team are available before and after completing your letting to answer any other questions you may have. We are also able to provide access to business advice and support for both new and existing tenants helping you to maximise your business potential.

Our Development team is able to provide a full land inclusive package deal across the North West to other registered providers and to potential investors. With an expertise in land acquisition along with Liberty, our in-house group contractor, we can provide a full turnkey development package. We have a proven track record of identifying development opportunities for varying tenures, and successfully bring them to market.
Development services
ForLiving is already working with a number of partner organisations across the North West. With a huge amount of Development experience and weāre able to offer Development Agency services to local authorities, other Registered Providers, and community organisations to help unlock and deliver development opportunities. These services can be tailored to meet individual client requirements, whether it be managing individual projects, or a programme of projects.
Community Group Support ā ForLiving specialises in providing development support to regional community charity groups with development ambitions, to support their communitiesā housing needs, and support them through the complex development process. This includes providing development finance and funding advice around financial viability.
New developments
The Ā£53 million development, Dock 5 will see 394 apartments to rent with state-of- the-art amenities. Dock 5 is now in its third and final stage of development and the final handover for phase 3 will take place in winter 2022.
