Repairs and maintenance
One of the advantages of being a ForLiving customer is our trusted repairs and home maintenance service.
We’ll take care of the repairs your property that are outlined in your Tenancy Agreement.
However, some repairs will be your responsibility – these are outlined in the ‘Repairs and your responsibilities' quick link. This also includes advice on how to avoid condensation which can lead to damp. Please make sure the repair is our responsibility before you report a repair to us.
