I have worked for the ForViva Group since December 2013 and my main responsibilities include overseeing all Commercial Housing Development, which includes schemes for open market sale, PRS and shared ownership. Along with developing all affordable and social housing schemes onto site. My duties also cover overseeing Shop/Commercial Management and PRS Management All projects and developments give me massive satisfaction and I love making a difference and always believe in going the extra mile. My previous working experiences include working for Trafford MBC in a Building Surveyor role I am a school governor at Stockbridge Village Primary School and a Board Member at Stockport Homes Group. Away from work, I am a season ticket holder at Manchester United and I enjoy travelling the world watching sport.

My role includes many different activities varying from day to day, some days I will be on site attending monthly site meetings with the project team, some days will be in pre-contract meetings overseeing future schemes.

I have learned so much since I have joined and I am enjoying every day of working here with such an amazing team that I can learn so much off. One thing that I do take a lot of enjoyment out of is being involved in the RSAP schemes as it is really heart-warming to see how many people’s lives we can change!

In my free time I enjoy playing and watching football, from a young age football has always been a massive part of my life. I also really enjoy travelling the world with my friends.

I have worked for ForLiving for approximately 3 years as the Property Services Manager. I am responsible for the lettings and tenancy management team and I am passionate about delivering a friendly and helpful service to our ForLiving tenants. Something that is important to me is working for an organisation that share the same values and beliefs that I feel are important and worth coming to work for every day. In my spare time I like playing rugby and walking my husky. I am extremely proud of getting the chance to realise my dream of living and playing rugby in Australia, and having the opportunity to play alongside some international players along the way. I don’t think they have the same feeling though. A funny fact – My wife always asks me why I never buy her flowers. The 10 years I have been with her, I never knew she worked as a florist…

These include retail units, garages, land, acquisitions and disposals, and lots of unusual assets. My team also manage our electronic asset data and systems. I’ve worked on lots of interesting projects including small and large scale acquisitions, regeneration initiatives, and options appraisals. My aim is to maximise the use, benefit and value of assets. I enjoy making a difference and finding innovative solutions to challenges. I am a firm believer that there is always a plan B. Away from work, I enjoy time with my family, I am an avid reader and a fan of cars. I dream of being able to cook one day but I haven’t mastered it yet!

I’m passionate about all things shared ownership and helping first time buyers get on the property ladder. I’ve worked on over 100 shared ownership & outright sales since joining the business and love assisting people to staircase to 100% ownership.  Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends, going to the gym and camping!  Fun fact: I used to fight internationally for Team England! I am a World and European gold medallist at Shotokan Karate which I practiced for 14 years.

I assist in the management of Commercial Assets, these include retail units, land, garages, and acquisitions and disposals. I also manage our Geographic Information system, which hosts all our ownership/asset data. I enjoy going out, spending time with my family and friends at weekends.

I have been with the company since 2015, and I joined the ForLiving Team in 2021 where I joined as Development Officer before progressing to Development Manager in 2024. My role involves overseeing pre-contract social housing development projects, as well as the full project lifecycle for outright sale and market rent properties. I am also a member of the ForHousing Staff Forum and EDI Excellence Group where colleagues come together on a monthly basis to discuss important issues and share ideas to improve the organisation from a tenant and colleague perspective. In my free time I find joy in knitting, baking and getting lost in the latest limited series on Netflix!

I have recently started working for ForLiving in November 2021 based at Dock 5 as Concierge, my job role has just changed to Property Portfolio Manager. My job entails dealing with resident queries, tenancies, rent account management and repairs.
In my spare time I like to travel, socialise with friends and spend time with my family.

What I enjoy most about my role is social interaction with both resident’s and colleagues. In my free time I like to go to the gym, DIY and socialising.
